- Monday to Friday service delivered between 8am and 8pm excluding weekends and bank holidays.
- Orders processed, shipping and delivered within 5-10 working days, outlying areas may take longer.
- All orders on a standard service are delivered by USPS.
- Orders to Channel Islands: USA VAT will not be charged, however our global selling price will remain the same. To return your order, we will send you free return shipping label.
- Delivery between 8am-5pm on weekends, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the next business day excluding holidays.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Saturday will be processed on the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your order.
USA ORDERS:
Contact-free delivery is now standard process for all USA domestic deliveries and includes photo capture proof of delivery. Customers will not be asked to sign for their parcels and drivers will take a photo of the parcel as proof of delivery.
